RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our products are handcrafted with great care, however, if you believe that we have made an error in your order or you are not satisfied with the result, you must detail us by email, with a description of what happened with your order. We can request a photograph of the product to assess the different possible solutions. In case of determining that the product requires collection and subsequent shipment, as long as it is determined that the failure of the item is by our company, we will take care of all expenses related to the manufacture and shipping of the same.
Returns of articles In case an item sent is defective, broken or there has been an error in the development by us, we will proceed to the repetition and shipment of the product without any additional charge. We will always offer our client as a first option, the modification or new elaboration of the product, as well as the coverage of the expenses derived from the shipment, however, without the client will not accept any of the proposed solutions, we will proceed to the refund of the amount. The time to return the item is 10 calendar days from receipt of the order, after this period, the customer will not be entitled to the possible return or claim of the item. We do not exchange products with damages caused by misuse of our items, such as shocks, improper handling, unsuitable tension, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. We do not accept returns that are not related to errors in the process of creating our workshop. We do not accept returns of prints made based on the data that the client has previously provided. We do not accept returns related to sizes not previously specified. Our products are handmade, for this reason we do not change products that may present slight variations with respect to photographs (as texts used in the recordings), since sometimes we use referential images of personalized works prepared for other clients. To avoid errors, it is important that you fill in the data very well when making the purchase. Likewise, we do not exchange products due to slight color variations caused by the configurations of each monitor.
Shipping costs for returns and / or replacements In case of return and replacement of items with errors or errors by Boliche Bisutería, we will take care of all shipping costs arising from the collection of the item and its subsequent shipment to the customer. The management will be carried out through the Correos company through an ordinary letter of the wrong merchandise once the client sends the material and we have verified the failure. Return of the order by the transport agency or the post office: In case an order is returned by the transport agency after a week or by the post office, the user will be sent an e-mail indicating that their order has been returned. If the user no longer wants to receive the order, but wants to make a new one, he will also have to pay it in advance, since Boliche has already paid the shipping amount when sending it the first time.
